Testosterone Replacement Therapy

Although we accept most insurance, some of our patients are self pay. If you have insurance, then you are only responsible for the co-pay/deductible. If self pay, the current prices are as follows:

  • Initial visit with testosterone labs: $20 ($30 if over age 40, as we would need a PSA lab test also)
  • Monthly Plan: Injection of testosterone plus a script for enough testosterone to last 1 month: $80 (most common plan)
  • 1 injection of up to 200mg: $25 (shots are administered weekly)
  • Testosterone Pellets (up to 1200mg): $425 (administered every 3-4 months)
  • HCG shots (prevents cessation of natural  testosterone production): $20 per week (3 shots of 250 units, which is 1 shot three times weekly (you will be sent home with the HCG to self administer)
  • Labs (almost always covered by insurance, but if not):
  •                Testosterone $20 
  •                Testosterone + PSA: $30
  •                Testosterone + PSA + estrogen: $45
  •                Testosterone + PSA + Estrogen + hemoglobin/hematocrit: $60 (this is the set that we check every 3 months)

HCG Therapy (for weight loss)

  • 1 Month: 24 shots of 125 units : $120 ($5/shot)
  • 2 months: 48 shots of 125 units : $200 ($4.16/shot)

Lipo-Shots (methionine/inositol/choline)

  • $10/shot

B-12 shots

  • $10/shot of 1000mcg

Intravenous Vitamin Therapy

  • $75 for 1 liter of IV fluids containing: sodium, potassium, calcium, chloride, lactate, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, A, C, D, E, K1 and folic acid.
  •                                        Add ons/boosters:
    • B-12: $10
    • Vitamin C (improves immune system): $15
    • Vitamin D: $10
    • Double dose of vitamins: $30
    • Glutathione (prevents normal damage to cells) : $10
    • Biotin (beneficial for skin and hair quality): $10
    • Toradol (anti-inflammatory): $10

Bioidentical Hormone Replacement (pellets for women)

  • $200 for a up to 150mg of (testosterone +/- estrogen). This traditionally lasts 3-6 month dose, depending on your bodies metabolism
